If they would have been nice about it I would have given them the whole damn thing! I just can't stand how stupid some people are... now it's going to cost over $1000 to get my truck fixed for a $100 CD player. Couldn't be more sick at my stomach at how this world is completely going to heck is a jug of gasoline...

I know guys... if this is what the world has to offer now, I can't wait to see what kind of idiots their offspring will be!

Sad thing is, they didn't get the job done the first time and came back. I heard my alarm going off and checked to see what was going on. Well, being my truck is loud I know how loud exhaust can set off a car alarm. I looked out and saw a black ford explorer 4x4 backing out of the spot beside of my truck. Well, one of my neighbors has a daugter that drives the exact looking vehicle so I didn't think anything of it. The second time my alarm started going off I went out to see what was going on and the same SUV was backing out as I was walking through the parking lot. They took off at a quick pace and before my brain could register it all they were gone. When I realized what had happened I took chase, but it was already too late because too much time had passed (about a minute or so) and there are too many side streets here so I didn't have a chance. It would have been nice to get a tag number or something though.

do you arm yourself? If I were you I'd be ready to run out to the truck with a few .45 slugs with their name on em'.

Hope you catch em and get your truck repaired man

Theres been a lot of thefts lately. Boosted just had his ipod stolen along with the speakers we use when were workin on car in the garage. They also went threw his moms entire Mini and ripped it apart looking for stuff. Lucky all they got was the old ipod and speakers. Either way its bullstinky they went into the garage and took it....Ive heard of 4 people close by to me getting broken into in the past week

Back in high school my shelby charger was broken in 2 times they stole the amp radio and sub. So I glued a bunch of razor blades on the radio frame, housing, under the seat where the amp was on the amp itself also, behind the speaker box where you could not see it. So about 6months later they did it again but this time nothing was stolen, but just blood on the center console.http://www.starquestclub.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif But i always looked around school to see if any one had bandaged up hands but never found them, lets just say no one ever messed with my car after that.

Also when you replace the cd player record the serial number, so if it turns up at a pawnshop the cops will get informed about it. Thats how one of my friends got all his alpine stuff back and they where abale to catch the dumb___hole.

Sorry for your loss, hope you catch them first before the cops can. http://www.starquestclub.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif

Sorry to see this happen.

Society is changing, people are turning into cruel vicious selfish beings. No one respects any thing or any person, it is all about themselves. I wish I had been at the shop when the cars were vandalized as I would have had my pistol on me. You can't go anywhere without carrying, or rather you'd be stupid not to. I'm fed up with this world and all it takes is one piece of garbage theif and its all over for them. My motivation to deal with morons is long gone.

Sorry man.

I just had my motorcycle stolen about 2 weeks ago in broad daylight as well. I was sleeping and couldn't believe it when I made the report.

i hate petty theft. it sucks because typically the item stolen is worth less than the damage done. and the item stolen will fetch far less than it's worth. it's just so pointless.

To us working folks yes...to some crack head no...As the economy continues to tank this will become much more prevalent unfortunately

This happened to my starion when it was in the storage lot. Some tailhats busted out the hatch glass and the pass door glass and stole the BLOWN and DRY ROTTED Sony Xplod speakers and the sony head unit from 1993.

Heres where it gets a little fishy though, they then proceeded to open my hood and steel my ignition coil, and what makes me think its a quest owner is, they took the ECU I had in the back seat that was clearly labeled "88 ECU". PLUS all they had to do was open the driver side door and pop the hatch cause I left it unlocked last time I was there...Douchebags!

this is what i woke up to a few years back.. around 730 in the morning on my way to work. i know exactly how they got in to.. because they left there hand prints on my dirty back windows and shoe prints. bust my sunroof, bent that air vent on the side and like jammed a screw driver in the passenger side door for no apparent reason..

oh and all they took was a Ipod that i got for free. they even left the cig lighter adapter it was sitting in.

if you look in the back seat you can see the set of brand 4 damn near new tires bfg G-forces.

this the reason i absolutely can stand leaving my car anywhere on the street or away from my house
