Anv1l
Picked it up as car #2 of a deal with an 87 Quest. Have been told it's too good to part out.And "if" I was to sell it... What would I be looking at for a realistic asking price?Just wondering... Thanks http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k240/anv1lvtx/DSC04534.jpghttp://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k240/anv1lvtx/DSC04535.jpghttp://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k240/anv1lvtx/DSC04536.jpghttp://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k240/anv1lvtx/DSC04537.jpghttp://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k240/anv1lvtx/DSC04540.jpghttp://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k240/anv1lvtx/DSC04538.jpg ~Tim

IntercooledFlatty
you SHOULD let it go to a happy flatty home out of the rust belt so it may flourish with a flat life of no future cancer
Odyssey5
It's a Technica... You have a gem. Get it running...NOW! Or sell the "Back To The Future" Display Car and be known as the "I had a Technica" guy... and I hated my burgundy color stuff. I tore it all out. Tim_C.
Is that an '87 too? It is intercooled, so that is a plus. I would say you could get $1000 if it runs. I would definitely keep it together and sell whole. If I were you I would keep it and use it to drive daily. Those are very good daily drivers. flattiefan
Dude I have an 87 flatty technica. I love the thing. Only mines standard. If I were you I would try to get it running. If not then I would sell the thing whole. I know that there's other people who would like to have one. But seriously I LOVE my flatty. What is wrong with it anyways? SOTTY
Friendly bump , this car is a 86 Starion LE automatic and was restored at quite a expence and intercooled between myself and my brother Colin back around 2005/06 , it is a Californian car that moved to Nevada and then driven by myself and Colin to Georgia. A little over two years ago the car moved out of Gibb brother ownership into new and not so careful hands, sad because it was a much admired flatty in the community back in the day , the trans recieved a complete overhaul just prior to sale, this flatty HAULED BUTT !, i agree with some here who say you should get it running again , i feel you still have a superb car in there underneath its new dents and mistreatment , probably something trivial thats wrong with it, that's usually the case with these cars. Indiana
It likely just needs an ignitor or fuel pump or both. It appears to not have LSD and no flatty except the 85.5 came intercooled unless it was made to be by someone. Flat sider automatics have a lower stall convertor by about 500rpms making those more fun imo, with fluid change, band adjustment and valve body mod put 20psi to that 12a and shock some people.
