distance between inner tie rod and stock spindle, i bought aftermarket inners that have a 5 mil spacer on them and i might need to sell them, or cut them and shorten them. More updates coming soon!

Looks real good! Almost like factory. I've got just a couple of questions. How are you gonna connect the steering rack to steering colum? and do you think maybe a gusset will be necessary for further strengthening those mounting brackets?

probably going to weld a splined male section into the coupler and then run a u joint from that to a steering shaft, then another u joint on the rack. These mounts aren't going anywhere, they're definitely stronger than they were on the s13..

Id like to see a full write up on this if possible when your done. It would be great for the engine swap guys who have to deal with that pesky stock ps to work around. Looks good so far man what kinda pump will you be using?

are you going to try and run the ls1 ps pump or have you figured how you are going to power the rack? im deff gunna look into this more when i start the rest of my 2jz swap. hopefully itll give more clearance and be easier to find replacement parts for than the old out of date conquest ps hahaha.

Lookin good Jay, ill be by the shop later today. You may need to cut the rear off the gto pan off to clear the rack, I saw it done on a rwd probe it might give you more clearance to rout the exhaust too.

It took me 5 minutes to reply to this haha so i didn't see this. Thanks for the help also

I got them from monument 40 bucks for both. I might need to get the sleeved type as I don't like the adjustability on these. This is my daily driver and will be drifted on the side. Picking up my oil pan and motor mounts this weekend... let me know if your available scott. Edited by BOOSTED88tsi
