Resto Project to Begin Soon!
By UnWoRtHy,
What's up, guys? I'm a newbie to the forum and the Starquest world. I've been doing a lot of research lately on them, and I finally picked up my 87 Starion that I'd paid for last week. It's now sitting in my driveway, waiting till I have some time and money for the work to begin. I've started a halfa**ed website to chronicle my progress, but the site will get a more detailed and better laid out as time goes on.
You can check that out at: http://www.anamewithheld.com/starionproject

Outer Sunroof Weatherstrip Molding
By sanitariumite,
I noticed that in the post about the lowest factory prices started by artinist, it lists that the molding for the outer weather stripping for the sunroof is $135.00 Isn't that something that can be purchased by the foot at a napa or autozone? Thanks

Engine Bay
By shift1313,
Ive had my 84 ES off the road for a little over a year now with motor problems im fixing. While the motor was out i decided to paint the engine bay. First i tried to paint over the existing paint just scuffing it up. Not a good idea. So i totally stripped the bay down to bare metal(horrible process) but its painted and going back together.
here is a pic.

i used the high temp engine paint. 500 degree stuff. I hope it holds.
