Compression test results on fresh rebuild

I just got 500 miles on my new engine and felt like doing a compression test. First of all I rebuilt the engine this past winter with forged wisecos, balanced rods, crank turned 10/10, block honed and decked, ajusa head gasket, arp head studs, new m28 head from Randy, new stainless valves and Schneider valve springs. All the machining and head assembly was done by a very reputable machine shop. Me and my future father in law (machinist of 25 years) assembled everything. The car has been running
Electrical issue

Took out my washer fluid reservoir and disconnected everything on the battery and now when i turned it on the first time it worked good and after 30 seconds my wideband and boost gauge and pop ups quit working and now car won't turn over but what is weird is the headlights still work but won't flip open, seat belts don't work. all the fuses inside look good none are broken. Battery is charged and even switched battery's and started (ran perfect) but still no flip ups or gauges. Im stumped at thi
A/C troubleshooting

Probably a stupid question but i have been going thru the FSM troubleshooting because my compressor magnetic clutch is not engaging. The #7 fuse is good. The Clutch relay tests good but what is the FICD relay? Where is it? I cannot find it even with a word search except for in the air conditioning troubleshooting diagnosis 11 breakdown on 24-49. Is it the same relay as the clutch relay and this is the only place where it is referred to as this name? I had system converted to the new refr
