Wiper motor has been noisey for a while, so while it's down I'm going to take it apart and clean it. Holy cow is that lube crusty. What lube should a guy use to lube it up on reassembly?

Advance auto sold me some and went to install them. Guy said pin was weird and they don't carry any like that. He told me I need to get refills and cut to length   Is this right? Who carries a direct replacement?
