Looking for 87-89 conquest tsi 5speed in nj with front air dam for sale must be running or need minor work to get running have 2,000 to spend if anyone has one let me know on here please.

So I had my quest on the dyno today and after the last pull we were looking at the graph and the owner of the shop said that my graph looked like it could use some timing, so we broke out the timing light and went from 10 degrees BTDC to 12 degrees BTDC and made another pull...I picked up 19whp and 23 ft lbs. So my question is how much timing can you i give her safley...can I go 15 degrees or is that pushing it to much. thanks for your input.
