First issue is probably easy. My buddy's wipers dont finish the pass when you pull the switch to stop them. If you just shut them off they stop where ever you turned them off. Also when you switch them to intermittent, they move about 6 inches and stop repeatedly and of course the shorter the interval the less distance they move.   Ive tested the relay-(working), the wiper motor using the service manual-(working), but I cant access the wiper switch which is what Im thinking is the issue, or ma
