Best way to get brake dust off wheels

I have some brake dust that did not come off with decent scrub, what can I use to remove the stuff? Any decent cleaner that takes the dust off or just some polishing?

I bought a 85.5 that i have since cleaned up. The wiring to the right door switch as well as the wiring to the dome light were all chewed up from a rat or a mouse. I fixed the door switch and the wiring to the dome, now i have to figure out why only my left side speakers are working and not my right. The speaker under the dash was dead, however hooking it up to a working speaker does little to nothing, i can hear what im playing but its super super quite.. lucky i have good hearing. Im narrowin
