Memorial Day
By Alan,
I know that there a lot of active duty, retired and vets on this site. I spent 20 years in the Army and my father had 26 between the Air Force and Army serving in Korea and Viet Nam. Lost him on 11/11/11, last Veterans day. So tomorrow, during the pool, BBQ and working on the quest, take a moment and thank all that made this possible. God Bless all! Alan
undersquares motors and their bearings
By lionbull,
last week i was talking to some supra guys who were dissembling a 7m motor. They told me it was under square so it does not rev as they need it to and how how the 2j is leaps and bounds ahead of it, which i agree. They said how it puts extra load on the motor,s bearings especially in the upper revs. I kinda already knew this but ours is more under square than theirs and since we don't have several generation of g54b to swap does anyone know of upgraded bearings for our car? Just curious.
