What do you guys think? Brainstorming on some key elements of this. At my job i always say get on the S.Y.M.G.T.W. program and tell everyone to not make S.G.D.   (S.G.D. is Self Generated Drama- S.Y.M.G.T.W. Stands for Shut You Mouth and Get To Work)   What are some more ideas?   *Dont take things personally?   *Try to stay on topic?   *Dont be a hypocrit in topics as it invites harsh replies? (like dont get pissy with people that poke fun at you when you are one to often initiate the poking)
