Hi all, Just wondering if it's possible to get that fiberglass insulation mat that attaches underneath the hood anywhere? I don't know the proper name for it

Does anyone know where to get this? It is passenger side, right next to Diff insulator(bushing). I need the rubber plug and button flat thing to. I also need 2 new of them. I think this could have caused a very leaky rear...right? Thanks
