This is my first engine build taking it super slow and doing tons and tons of reading, plan to have it done by next year. My question is on the head, only engines ive seen have cam bearings this was unmolested running engine when it was taken apart and i see no cam bearings. Which i understand some engines dont have cam bearings but what really really throws me off is rockauto sells cam bearings for this engine and only in standard size?!?! are they like pressed into the head and im just dumb?

One week only or it's parted and scrapped original 58,000 mile car,,,was in some sort of fender bender,had new replacement fender which is list in the parts forsale forum. Has a new replacement front bumper cover has the shp struts,,7s & 8s rims,,,,not motor,no trans ,no ecu has a good airdam   the fenders I put on,they are just hanging there,,they were extras and a color match,,they have rust tho. I removed the new ones to help recoup costs of the car   make a good swap car,road race car,,
