my turn signal s are real slow and sumtimes dnt blink. i changed the flash relay but didnt work any help please

Could never get the car running right, there were a few issues with it like my magnet position and something wrong with either my head or intake. I'm guessing head or intake because the new owner is having the same problems that i'm having. Everybody knows what these go for, I have fuse boxes and it's all been loomed up. I'll take very detailed pictures do you can copy its install so it should be pretty straight forward. Taking offers right now. This thing is like new so please no cheap skates.

Can somebody tell me what these tan leather seats are worth, given the 2 rips in the usual spot? They are flawless aside from the rips in the shoulder area.
