My driver's side shoulder harness won't go back in the locked position. The motor runs but nothing moves. Before I was able to manually push it back but now even that doesn't work. Is it fixable and if so where can I find the parts? I've looked on oemmitsubishiparts.com. No luck. Or is it better to go to manual belts? I've had a post up looking for manual belts but no response.
