Does a MS2 require any cutting or jumpers on the circuit board???

I'm getting a stock fully assembled MS2 with the v3 board from DIYAUTOTUNE.COM. I have a GM idle air bypass module and the stock TPS that I used with my old Electromotive.
Do I have to jumper or cut any of the circuits on the board?

all right, since Jimmy's meet is on May 3 and 4 this year, instead of driving all day Saturday morning and coming back Sunday, i thought about taking an early leave on Friday and going somewhere. It'll be a little bit out of the way, but i have it narrowed down to two destinations that aren't too bad out of the way. Does length of vac line effect MBC?

I installed a manual boost controller on my 87 and mounted it inside the car next to the steering wheel.The problem I have is controlling the boost.With the MBC turned all the way down I am still getting to much boost 15 plus lbs.Ill have to say I love it ,but I dont like the fuel cut off at high RPM
and the "turkey gobble"along with the blow off valve.Should I mount the MBC under the hood and adjust accordingly?Say 12-14lbs?I have not upgraded the fuel pump or injectors and I still have the s
