Does anyone out there have the Greddy RS bov on a Mookeeh ovc pipe I just bolted my on to the ovc pipe and when the car is running I still feel a little air coming out around it I felt like it was on tight is this normal or should I try tighting it more I am worried about stripping it though.

I'm thinking about having my SHP rims refinished(sanded,polished,and clear coated)what kind of price should I be expecting to pay a shop?No offense to anyone out there who does refurbishing but I'm looking to a local shop so if there not done to my expectations it's an easy fix.
