Here is the vid I took this evening of the car idling with the 284H cam. I thought the noise was due to the fact that I had went from 10w 30 oil from 20w 50 but after going back 20w it made no difference. Oil pressure is good, car idle and drives fine but this is a very noticeable valve train issue. I checked the lifters and they are not collapsed and seem pumped up.
