Too much negative front camber

Took it to Tire Barn and they tell me they can't adjust the camber to spec. (no adjustment ~ -1.6deg). I find it hard to believe it's not adjustable. What do I need to do to get it back in spec? Centers have separated from insulators at top strut mounts. Will that cause too much neg. camber? Anything else cause it? While I'm at it. this is my turbo setup from my car which was TBI. turbo is in brand new shape. less than 7k miles no shaft play spins free T3 mount this would make a gread addition to anybodys MPI setup. or any TBI setup Shipping is buyer responsibility. Got a Turbo ID question

Got a turbo on an engine buy... thought it was said to be a "Big 16." Just got around to dismantle'n stuff, need a bit of help: it's got the 3 diamond logo, numbers: 49(then a small 7, not raised, but stamped in)8-017(then same small stamped in 6)0. Numbers corrilate to a 14G? Also has these letter/numbers above S (next are all smaller, & first might be a "D" or a 0) 21533. After the mits diamonds: large 05-1.
