Hey guys i have a 89 quest looking to change main engine bearing what size am i looking for or dose it make a differences

Been pretty busy with work and life so I haven't posted too much here or touched my car. Im in the middle of looking for a bigger house as we have another baby on the way etc. With that my cars are on the back burned until I get settled.
