ok guys i just got a hold of a extra 88 esir auto. now it has no engine or trans but is in great shape and i just cant part it out. i have a old chevy 327 laying around and was ondering how difficult it would be to put it in the esir? like what needs to go or what needs to stay? if anyone has a pic of a chevy small block in a running starquest that would help aswell. any adjvice would be appeciated!

What, if anything, are people with MPI doing to protect against knock or pinging? I looked around the net briefly to try to find a knock warning light or something, but I didn't find anything viable. I'm curious if anyone is doing anything creative like a DIY knock light.
