clutch hyd still not quite right.

got the mystery noise worked out and lots of other aggrivatiing issues.I have gravity bled clutch system and it still not disengaging enoug.push petal down a 2nd time and can shift(whit engine running).like the slacve insnt pushing the rod out far enough w the first push of pedal.2nd push gives enough travel.Te rod is correct as i reusued te original.new master and slave and hole.line in good shape. my next thing to try is to remove hard line from master cyl and bleed it then re attach slave
Aftermarket oil pres. gauge, stock sender?

So I bought a new oil pressure gauge, and the sender is too long/thick/fat/awkward to fit in the stock sender location, so will the stock sender work with the new gauge? Or is there another spot on the engine to put the aftermarket sender? Any help would be greatly appreciated

My moms car was rear ended about two months ago. Insurance just barely got around to paying her for the vehicle. Unfortunately, all they paid out was $2800 and change due to the salvage title of the vehicle. Although I'm around the car biz all day long. I look for used cars in all places including craigslist. At $3000 and under, it's a sorry arse field of available cars. I'm mainly only looking for Japanese grocery getters, no American brands or German. $3000 really doesn't get you
