Looks like I need an alternator for my flatty and someone is selling one on here that come off of a TSI. My question is are they both the same?

My 88 starion got a little problem ! need help on this friends soon as i touch the gas pedal, im losing fuel pressure and i get lean i got a MAF GM, new walbro fuel pump and new injector, new fuel filter, clean everything ! somebody seen this ? thanks

I drove the car for a while yesterday and it was fine then i left it for a it then pulled it out to do a oil change and when i pulled it back in it sounded like only 1 cylinder wasnt firing. I checked all the plugs and there clean but cylinder #1 had wet gas on it and it was more carboned up then the otheres. I checked the timming and the crank notch was just passed 10 at 1200 RPM. My wires are new, roter is new, the cap is new, the vac advance is new and i regapped the plugs. But im getting oil
