Got my wideband installed yesterday....
By Preludedude,
Me and my stepdad finally got it put in... Innovate LC-1 wideband w/ blue face...Bought it from a member here like 5 years ago..maybe in a group buy or from a vendor listing... Made a cheap easy mount from a piece of metal...Its wired to a toggle switch, and the led bulb/push button is mounted in the toggle switch housing..That's located under the steering wheel... Car was idling between 12.2-12.3... Here it is: http://i1221.photobucket.com/albums/dd461/Preludedude1/photo%201.jpg http:
Hello from Orlando
By audibabba,
I just purchased a black 86 Starion on Bring A Trailer a couple of weeks ago. I have always liked the looks of them and when one came up for auction, I ended up the high bidder. I am not sure what I am going to do with it yet as I found I don't fit very well in the car ( I am 6'-5"). The car is clean and was well keptso there is really not much to do except drive it. It is really fun to drive and the AC (a must in Florida) works very well. Anyone else in Orlando?
Best 12v ignition source?
By Preludedude,
I have a toggle switch in my car (20amp). I have 3 things currently on that switch: -fuel pump -wideband -elec water temp gauge Where is best ignition source to tap into? It's currently stuck in the fuse box beside steering wheel. It's working fine but I know this is rigged, and I need to find a better source.... Where is best ignition source?
Project Fallen Star

By Scary_TSi,
Howdy, muchachos! Starting my project, a 1987 Conquest featuring a LM7 swap from a 2001 Z71. I'm a fan of the G54B, I really am. I rebuilt the one in my first Conquest back in high school. Deleted balancing shafts, Marnel head, all that good stuff. The novelty has kind of worn off now and I don't want to go through and fix all the little idiosyncratic problems the Astrons have again. I also want something I can go to any parts house in America and find parts for. Lastly, I just f*ckin' love V-8s
