small form factor computers (in car PC with MS tuning)

I've been tossing this around for a bit, especially since I've gotten back into building my own PCs. Everyone's got these high speed stereo's that can hold uber amounts of mp3s or have ipod hookups, well I want to take it a step further. I plan on building a small form factor PC to put in the quest. I'm thinking either a nano- or pico-ITX system with a hot swappable drive bay that has a 5-7" touch lcd mounted to the dash. The PC would take up my armrest box and run off 12v. since my desktop

I just got home, what a night. So yeah, earlier today, I went to a Hookah bar/lounge with some friends.. Having agood time, etc... So we decided to leave(~2am), I carpooled so on the way to pick up where I left my car (~2:30AM)... We see a house, with a buncha smoke above it.. So i call the cops... We pull into the plaza across the street, run over... And as soon as we get there, we see a little flames.... Hey, so i found out what i need to do to break in my turbo...now i have another question... When i feed oil into the line by hand (surrenge) and turn the compressor wheel, is their a certan way i need to rotate the wheel...(i.e., clockwise or counter clockwise...?.?) let me know guys...any other tips??? lmk
