i was wondering how hard would it be to swap a 4g63 into a quest i see a couple people on her are doing it and i kno there kick a** motors but how much work would it take and what kind of tranny would u use

Start off with disconnecting the neg. & pos. battery cable, then yank out the battery and it's bottom plate supports (you will have to take off the fuse box plate that stands up next to the battery- it only has 2 nuts on the top of it). Since your right there, next disconnect all the connections to the alternator harness including the fusible link connection (4 in all on this end). Then disconnect the pigtail connector from the back of the alternator and take off the large gauge wire off of
