I'll put a fuse on my fuse box for the heater and it blow the fuse so my heater don't work what can be causing this

So i wasnt to sure where i should post this but does anyone know where or if i can get a radio harness for an aftermarket radio so that i wouldnt have to splice up factory wiring. im a HUGE fan of plug and play...dont care much for slpicing things up. ive looked around and havent had much luck. maybe im just looking in the wrong places.   thanks for anyhelp you guys may have!

We have an Amana central air unit. When the a/c kicks on outside, the inside fan will not come on. If I use "fan on" on the thermostat, it will not come on then either. Any help would be appreciated. Jimmy
