Hi, I found some oil in my IC piping, so I bought a new PCV valve from dad and found out that his has the gold part on it on the left side that goes into the valve cover and the other doesn't. It appears that part might have been cut off of the old one and I was wondering if there is any reason for cutting one? I do have a modified engine and was suspecting that the shorter one just must not be the one for a turbo application, but wanted to make sure.   Thanks

Ok so I have only noticed it in 3rd, and when very lightly just putting the car down the road. But I can hear a rythmic clicking (it's not really a click but best descripition I can think of. It's definalty not a scrape) It only seems to be in 3rd (was thinking maybe it's the gear?) it's only when rolling in gear sitting still, clutch in out ect no change. And if you step on it, I eather can't hear it or it's not doing it. I also have my tunnel pretty much open at this time also.   Got an
