Ok, I finished up working on the car, and shut the hood without latching it all the way (since I need to replace the hood release cable).Locked the car doors (the factory green "security" light came on) and lifted the handle whilst shutting the door so it locks. Went inside and about 1/2 hour later the alarm was going off..   Does the factory alarm only activate when the doors are opened? I was thinking maybe there is a sensor under the hood that also activates the alarm. If thats the case, t
