Ok, I know the trick is to securely tape the new cable to the end of the old cable and just pull it through to install. I was wondering which way should I pull the cable through (i.e. pull towards the engine or pull it towards the dash)? Will it get snagged on anything and/or do I have to remove anything (i.e. fender liner, etc.)?
