I removed my arp's and a few nuts won't come off the stud. They wont come off the last bit of thread. They screw back down the stud fine, they just wont come off the end. Why does that happen?

Hey guys I almost have my 87 starion all back together. Unfortunately for me I got the car dissasembled and nothing was marked or labled. So it has been quite an adventure. Does anyone know if there is a diagram for the vacuum lines. I have no idea where they all go. I probably have been looking in the wrong place but couldn't find it in the FSM. Any help would be great.
