I have a 86 starion with a 3 inch exhaust and turbo xs blow off valve and stock turbo. at what rpm normally should the turbo spool up and start to pull? i ask because i can't feel boost until right at 3k rpm, over the exhaust i wasn't sure if i could hear it spooling up before the 3k mark. my air / fuel ratio was reading between 13 -14 (and 22 going down hill not pressing the down the accelerator **if that matters**) worth noting that i didn't wind it out over 3.5k rpm also but i was curious if
