Need some help with cooling fans. My 87 has 2 fans with do run to their full potential. The problem is the cars almost overheating. There's a 3 fan in front of the radiatior that runs veryyyy slow. I have no idea if it's supposed to???? I have replaced hoses and thermostat and still running 3/4 almost to the "H" on the dash gauge any ideas?

Ok so I move about 1400 miles from home now staying with relatives. Drove for about 4 hours today looking for rental properties when i noticed valve chattering so i checked my oil added a quart since it was to low. drove home just fine then went to go out later and I turned the key to hear a little bit of grinding then it stopped turning over.
