Just some info on pistons(hyper U)

By MontyTSI,
I did some research last night on hyper u's available through sealed power....Tim c and i are both using the h589p on our "mild performance" rebuilds...as far as i know we are the guinea pigs with these...
Supposedly the h589p is a 7.7:1 piston....it has a .130"x2.670 dish as opposed to the.200"x2.670 dish on the stock piston.(someone may want to convert this to cc's for us none mathematical types) Also this piston has thicker rings..rings 1&2 are 2.00mm(stock is 1.50) and the same 4mm oi

Thanks all,
Tim C.
OK, All tips & Tricks To Build A 2.6 Turbo
By Conquest351,
Ok,
There are always different parts that you can use from different vehicles or certain gaskets you need to use to port the head, special things you need to do to help the engine out, little tricks to do this or that, if you want real power you gotta do this...
What are the tricks you know and what part numbers, vehicles, techniques, or anything like that do you use to make your 2.6T a bad a**?
I smell a FAQ Â LOL
