how do the tail lights come off??????????

I dont know if any one has ever tried but I have been wondering if there is any way that the cars throtle body can be rotaded a little so the intake part faces the front.  Would it affect the water ports that run through the intake manifold or what?  It seem possible that it might work.

i have an 87 quest   and i checked the foglight bulbs they ar fine the wire has not broke on the inside of the bulb  but my foglights wont work any suggestions????????/
