    Cryogenic Treating Rotors

    By Richie_Rich,
Has anyone here ever had their rotors cryogenic treated?   I should be dropping my rotors off at a place here in St. Louis Monday.   There are some guys on the Team3S list that do it for their track cars. The process is supposed to eliminate any residual stresses in the material, thus eliminating the chances for warping.  Wear charateristics are also greatly increased.   I'm doing my Conquest fronts and a set for my '02 Durango.  The Durango has had warped rotors since I bought it at 35k m

One side is a hard, clear epoxy and the other appears to have a very fine

    Cleaning the HVAC Control

    Joel
    By Joel,
Just wondering if anyone has had any luck getting the Grease/Grime/Oils off the front of the HVAC control so it looks clear again.   I've tried everything I can think of from Paint thinner, Plastic polishes, toothpaste, Comet, 0000 Steel wool (which seems to fog it up more than clean it) etc.   Anyone have any luck?   Joel
