Installing and using FCD and SAFC concurrently
By tshajlij,
Anyone experienced with using the FCD and SAFC at the same time? I purchases my Starion with the FCD installed (though power wire has been loose all this time) and just installed my SAFC II. I noticed that they both feed off of the air flow sensor and send output to the ECU. If both devices read the air flow sensor input and try to communication some sort of code to the ECU, do they conflict? Better yet, is the FCD needed now that I have an SAFC?
mpi spool time?
By tigertron,
is it optimal for the g54b to make boost early or late in the rpm power band. are these high reving motors with mpi? What is an acceptable spool time?(at what rpm). Is 4000 rpms too late?
