testing ....digital dash conversion
By prototype78,
Hello, i have been trying to get digital dashes to do the conversion, but the only thing I could get was 3...2 have been converted, ive been testing it on my 87 tsi...and so far it works with my fuel unit...and uses the analog speed sensor.....I was wondering if anybody would be interested in this dash.... next week ill take the dash to a friends house to see if fuel gauge works good on his 89 starion . Apparently these digital dash are almost extinct so it was hard for me to get my hands on
Tokico front inserts and Mookeeh rears are in
By bodhi,
The original struts from 1986 were pulled and the new stuff went in couple days ago, along with some end link bushings some new bump stops and sway bar bushings. Nice change, car rides like it should, hard to say how much of an improvement since my struts were shot.
Step in Flywheel
By TopDawg_43,
Now that I'm going back to a lightened stock flywheel, I want cut a step into it. I had one with a step in it before ( I should have kept it, worked great), so I know it can be done. I can't find any info as to how high to cut the step. Does anybody how high to cut the step into the flywheel? I was thinking .100. Any thoughts?
