Is there such a thing?

I'm going be doing a wrap (courtesy of Natallica) on my Honda CBR. I'd like to strip the fairings and plastics down so that the wrap is applied directly to the fairing material. Anyone who's had a bike knows that they lay a pretty thick gel coat over the graphics.   My question is...can you use stripper to remove the gel coat? Or will it also eat up the plastic fairings themselves? I've done enough work on metal to know what's possible, but have done very little on plastics (as far as stripp

I have found an 86 quest that is complete minus front marker lights/ turn signals. It turns over but won't start. Has new fuel pump, filter, plugs wires. It is 3 hours away and I can get it for $700. I know 86s aren't the most desirable model but I am having a hard time finding anything else even remotely close.
