turn signals on but no flash

My turn signals will come on and stay on...I have changed the relay out with a new el-12 but it still does it. The hazard flashers work fine. I assumed the relay but now I'm stumped.

Well discovered a pinhole leak in a hard line today instead of what I thought was a torn rubber line I want both lines from trans to cooler feed and return at the least the feed
