First Drive in the books, questions on an issue

I got my first drive out of the way yesterday. I haven't registered it yet so I kept it in the neighborhood. Everything went really well, engine runs great cruising around and the rest of the car seems solid so that is a good relief.
Only real issue I had was that it shows lots of boost on the stock gauge but the car doesn't seem to make any. I didn't beat on it but I did roll in the throttle a little and it indicated 10+ lbs of boost but didn't really pick up. It cut out a little as

Looking for a good passenger-side taillight housing for a Conquest shipped to North Texas. I do not care about cracked/broken lenses or the bulb holder/harness, I just need a good housing with non-rusted internals.

Posting this here as an FYI since searching for the part number yielded no results.
For those of you who don't know, there were quite a few Mitsubishi models from the early 90s (Eclipse, 3000gt, Galant, etc and their USDM rebadges) that were shipped with radios that just so happen to fit perfectly in our Starquests, all that's needed to bolt them in is to swap the mounting brackets over and they're plug-n-play.

While currently residing in the garage my Conquest will soon be kicked outside now that it runs. What outdoor rated car covers are your favorites?
I have a covercraft for my Barracuda but its 20 years old and has always been inside, mostly in a ball in the corner because I never use it.
