Totaled my quest on my way to work

So I crashed my car this morning on my way to work. I'll break it down pretty simple. I was driving south down a street. I was coming up to an intersection. The light turns yellow so I gun it. Get up to maybe 80 Idk for sure I wasn't lookin down. Just had it in 3rd and to the floor. I was in the far right lane. To my left was a semi truck going slow. There was a Saturn behind the truck. The Saturn decided to change into the right lane (lane I was in). Going about 15, While I hauling tail lol. I

I didn't want to post in the MPI section such a basic question. Understanding all the benefits of MPI but what kind of horsepower benefit would you see on a stock system with a 3" exhaust from the turbo back? I would think the benefits exponentially increase with more flow work?

Today was an awesome day for the quest. I finally got all my poly suspension bushings in as well as Cosmo sleeve overs. This thing has never handled better. I have a few questions though. I had my car on the aligent rack and here were the first specs before adjustment on the rear: Camber: L -1.2 R -1.7 (I don't have camber plates so this is fixed) Toe: L .10 R .32 After on rear Camber: same Toe: L .08 R .08 Now they are even but on the edge of going red on the machine. Car leans out at 2k

Hey guys I have a quick question when I'm driving my car my AFR is on point but when I'm driving the car at around 2k rpm the car goes lean all the way to 16 on the aem a/f gauge then after I pass that it goes back regular. I don't understand what could cause it to lean out every time it hits 2k-22k rpm. Your help is highly appreciated
