TPS voltage moving

First, I don't have a stock TPS, but put it here because I believe this would pertain to each kind. What I have going on is that after I set my TPS to .5v and drive it a little, the voltage always drops. One time it dropped to .43V, so I reset it, and the second time, after driving about two miles. It dropped to .46v. Why would it do this? The idle AFR change, even when in closed loop, so I take it that is because my TPS is changing. Second, I sweep tested my TPS when it wasn't bolted in,
