Just purchased an 89 Conquest TSI with a cracked head. (cracked heater hose). Engine still turns over & runs. Previous owner provided me with a bare Marnal head in the box with car (SAYS MECHANICAL LIFTER ON INVOICE) but checking on availability of a complete Conquest TSI head or a camshaft, valves, rockers, complete kit to build the Marnal head with. getting idle to raise

currently i'm running at about 900-1000 rpm which is where i would like it, the problem is that i'm running about 10:1 on my wideband. when i lower the fuel the idle drops to about 400-500 and wants to keep dying. i thought 'id try to turn the screw to raise the idle up, but it won't budge and there is not any type of allen or screw on the back to allow it to move. is there anything i could do to get it to raise it up??
