    By 95lwrx,
I just picked up this 87 starion recently, it's been about ten years since i have worked on one, this one needed a motor but it was a solid rust free body with ground control sleeves and tokico struts so i figured i should grab it. immediate plans are to get the stock motor in and back on the road, but once i get some money saved up i plan to find a donor wrx car and hopefully make some magic happen!   i have been playing with subarus for the last 12 years so that's not a issue, i should be able

installing new a/c compressor and tubing

    drronn@hotmail.com
    By drronn@hotmail.com,
So my old mechanic who rebuilt the engine, pulled off the old tail a/c compressor and tubing to give it more HP he said. Well now I am in the process of putting it all back in. Where can I find tubing from the compressor back to the fire wall where it goes in. Or is there a KIT i can buy to do this all at once? Is this as simple as it seems??? Any information would be greatly appreciated.   Sincerely,   Ronn drronn@hotmail.com 7209899377

Need A New Oil Pickup Tube/Screen...Is This The Correct Part?

    NikoFab
    By NikoFab,
Hey gang,   Began some motor re-assembly today and discovered my original oil pickup tube/screen is not in the best of shape (lots of sediment and particulate in it). Just spent a lot of money rebuilding the motor and would hate to destroy it by putting the nasty pickup back in.   So, looking for a new one and came across this (see link below), which is listed for only the '83 model. Not sure if it will service all years, and wanting to know if this will also service my '86. Might be a dumb q
