I just picked up some cloth '88 seats from another member for my '87, but I've ran into a snag. It seems that the older seat hardware doesn't port over to the newer seats.   Are all '88 seats this way or is it something that only the cloth seats have?

Ok. V3 boards, MS1 - MSNS-e 029 code. Stock dist locked down. 450cc injectors, 60mm tb, GM7pin HEI.   Ok, I have it idling and I can pop the throttle and not get a backfire or pop, sounds fine. I idle around 40kPa. If I rev past 4k, the stock tach jumps down to ~2k. but MS sees it fine. IF I run under 36deg btdc timing it just pops. on the other starion here. I took a timing light out there and see it idles at ~45deg timing and at 4500 its around 25deg. In the lowend it can goto like 20deg witho
