How much does it cost to ship rear quarters from cali to ny and how should they be packaged?

Hi.. remote on wheel doesnt work...I was wondering if you guys have the wiring diagram for it....when I first got my 87 tsi all wires were rip from radio so I had to redo the wiring but now I want to do the remote to make it work any help is highly appreciated thanks in advance
