Is there a posting for the step by step replacement of the automatic seat belt tape used in the 1987-1989 Starquests?

I have a member looking for a pass. side. But I will only sell as a set. 100 bucks its yours. Hate to get rid of it....never used it just wanted it for the single purpose....its in the service manual.....and hard to find tool. Everything in the pics is all i have for it....not sure if you need anything else.
