What is a decent price to have a left rear quarter replaced on the car?

Selling my '87 parts car, got too many to keep. Clean body, no rust. Tail lights are in excellent shape. Engine is probably bad, previous owner was going to do an engine swap for unknown reasons. It's a 5 speed. Body is pretty straight except for the right front fender. Air dam is in bad shape. Comes with extra parts. No title, I have the previous owners contact info who would probably be able to get a duplicate if you're serious about getting it back on the road. I'm in Anderson/Belton SC, ab

So on my car I noticed that my dipstick keeps blowing out and I'm getting oil all over the place trying to figure out what could be causing this any help would be greatly appreciated
