Is Mitsubishi DiaQueen GL5 MIT MZ320345 already premixed with the lsd additive?

I need an air damn. I don't care is what year it is, because i'm going to have to chop off the bottom half anyhow because my car goes too low. the factory 86 air dam is on the ground. theres no hope of getting a later style to clear without cutting it, thats for sure haha.   so, since i'm cutting it up, and possibly making a mold, i do not need a mint conditioned dam. I know some of you california people have a busted dam just waiting to go to me.   my only requirement is that it's not permane
